• Review & preparation of Company's Quality Management System (IMS) procedures and making an internal audit of Company quality Management System.
• Audit for all Construction sites, Offices and Stores with respect to company IMS procedures.
• Training & Supervision of a team of QA/QC Engineers at all sites.
• Identification of Construction Material from Contract documents.
• Review of Material Approval Request (MAR) for Permanent construction material before submitting for approval.
• Preparation of Project quality plan, Method statement and ITPs for Construction Activities for different Stage of activities as per ISO 9001:2008 & QMS Essential Procedures.
• Coordination and interaction with clients (Client and quality control authorities ensuring safety and quality of work and also expediting the decision making.
• Co-ordination with a team of Sr. QA/QC Manager and technical team of different discipline to ensure proper work being followed.
• Witness and inspection of Work activities on site and ensuring the material being used as per approved material submittal, Procedures and as per approved drawing.
• Ensuring if departmental procedures are being implemented and they meet the requirements.
• Liaison with sub-contractor and client on different aspects of quality related issues.
• Reviewing test reports and control of documentation works as per client requirements.
• Checking the on-going activities if work being executed according to standard, work procedures & specification.
• Solve the site related construction problems like NCRs, Site instructions etc.
• Check work according to the approved details, drawings & method statement.
• Arrange site and lab tests on soil, Cube, steel etc. for all material related to project as per Specification.
• Estidama Coordination for all stages of the project.
Since joined Royal in October 2014 working on the following project:
• Demolition, Construction & Maintenance of Mosque, Mussafah Value Dhs.7.8 Million. The project finishing in end of December 2014.
• 153 residential villas at Baniyas, Abu Dhabi Value Dhs. 310 Million. The project will be handed over in the end of May 2016.
• Commercial Building (G+2B+12 floors) for Al Saqr Property Management, Abu Dhabi value Dhs. 34 Million. The Project will be Handover end of June 2016.
• Chemical trading terminal in Sharjah under hamriyah Free Zone UAE, The Project consist of 25 storage tanks for TATA Projects Limited along with Dyke walls & Pipe rack foundations. Value Dhs.15 Million.
• Command of military works Project Dubai UAE, Value Dhs. 15 Million. The Project will be Handover end of December 2015.

2. Audit for all Construction sites, Offices and Stores with respect to company IMS procedures.
3. Issue NCR's to all departments on finding of any Non-conformance to Company's Quality Management
System.
4. Follow up of all NCRs and make sure of all corrective actions taken for all non-conformances to close the
NCRs within allotted time frame.
5. Preparation of Project Quality Control plan (PQP).
6. Preparation of Method Statements, Material Submittals, Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Control
Checklists and risk assessments for each phase of activity in a Construction Project.
7. Supervise and lead a team of QC inspectors at sites in an effective manner.
8. Arrangement of all the testing at site i.e. Compaction test, Steel reinforcement mechanical and Chemical
analysis, Integrity Test, Compressive Strength tests, Dynamic Test and Static Test, Pullout test etc. with the
Coordination of third party laboratories like Arab Center, Hilti and other Subcontractors.
9. Implementation of Approved QA/QC Plan at site and ensuring that all the works & documentation should
be comply with QA/QC plan.
10. Coordination with consultant regarding on different site issues.
11. Supervision of ongoing construction activities at site to monitor its quality as per approved shop drawings,
Method Statement and Project technical specification.
12. Inspection of all the supplied material at site to ensure that either it is approved or not.

11.To carry out SPT, Field density test, Compression test, pile integrity test etc
12.To supervise and inspect the survey works.
13.To sustain the level of construction work in accordance with drawings and specifications.
14.To ensure that the safety precautions are observed, keeping in view the high standards of health and safety.
15.Laison with consultant and client.

2. Schedule, coordinate and monitor the various activities of work force, and ensure that work is delivered up to the set standards.

4. Liaise with technical and logistic department to ensure the maximum optimization of work force and timely completion of work.
5. Material estimation and cost control of the project.
6. Ensure well being and safety of work force by implementing a proper safety plan incorporating all site activities and environment.
7. Manage project operations to the satisfaction of contractor and consultant.
8. Revision and modification of shop drawings as per site requirement.
9. Carry out Geo-technical investigation.
