• To arrange consultant for witnessing commissioning at site
• To submit testing and commissioning report to client and consultant

•ARAMCO-Expand Dhahran Residential Community- Package - 6.
Key Responsibilities :
• Leads the team of Engineering for monitoring Mechanical works.
• Monitoring Shop drawing submissions
• Submitting material submittals
• Quantity take off and material ordering.
• Taking part in technical discussion with client and consultant
• Monitoring site activities including installation and consultant inspections

Major Project :
•Design and Construction of “Sidra Medical &Research Center (SMRC)”

Project Profile :
•Sidra Medical and Research Centre (SMRC), Qatar; SMRC is a world class 7 Star Hospital Project and the Project value is 2.3 Billion USD, which shall include 382 Bed in Phase I and the total built up area is 326, 000 sqm is coming in Education City, Doha, Qatar, developed by QATAR FOUNDATION and the consultant is KEO international and main contractor is JV between CONTRACK INTERNATIONAL a US based construction company and OHL (ObrasconHuarte Lain SA) a Spanish contracting company.



Key Responsibilities :
•To monitor work progress of MEP Subcontractor at site in accordance with scheduled programme and to achieve the quality of work.
•To review plumbing & Firefighting design calculations, design &shop drawings, technical submittals of the MEP Contractor
•To review site inspection & material inspection requests of the MEP contractor.
•To coordinate with consultant for site & material inspections
•To issue Non Conformance Report (NCR) to MEP Subcontractor for any Non-compliance to Quality system and procedures.
•To monitor & report to construction manager about the site progress based on the program schedule in order to achieve site completion as per clients requirements
•To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed according with the contract requirements.
•To attend the site progress with MEP contractor, consultant & Civil team

Plumbing & Fire Protection)
Major Project :
•MEP Work For Union Square Metro Station- Dubai Metro
•Sama tower and Car park (High rise Building)
•Old Town Commercial Island of Burj Dubai Development.
Key Responsibilities :
•Preparation of plumbing, drainage and firefighting Shop drawings &Builders work drawings.
•Plan & Execution of PDFF works.
•Attending technical & site progress meetings.
•Preparing of:
•B.O.Q. and ordering of material as per time schedule and sending enquiry for material delivery.
•Material Submittal and Method of Statements for the material and Works.
•Quantities take off plumbing, drainage & firefighting works.
•Floating enquiry to supplier and getting quotation.
•Coordinating to prepare as built drawing and preparation of operation manuals.
•Office administration including coordination with subordinates

Piped Natural Gas-PNG)
Major Project :
•PNG (Piped Natural Gas) Cross country Gas Supply Project for domestic use of Mahanager Gas Ltd. (MGL)-Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities :
•Responsible for the laying, testing and commissioning of PNG Piping.
•Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Inspection of GI, CU and PE Works.
•Responsible for conversion of customers from LPG to PNG.
•Handling Material Reconciliation.
•Handling LP, MP and GI Cad Drawing / Handling Auto-CAD Works
