• Preparing Estimated and actual “S” curve and attempting to achieve target with the help of planning department.

•Examine, control and evaluate Subcontractor’s invoices and ensure the contractual obligations are satisfied and advise the project management on payments of the same.

•Estimation of different Quantities and preparation of bar bending schedule and different rate analysis detailed estimates at deviation orders with the help of purchase department.
•Evaluate quotations obtained from different suppliers&contractors, ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and projects specifications.
•Evaluate received consolidated(BOQ)documents.
•Assist in collecting the data to prepare financial reports and cash flow forecasts and financial and contractual matters related to work on site.
•Assist in preparing cost estimate for different phases of the project, advice the project management on possible cost over runs & on the action necessary to remain within the approved project budget.
•Prepare work sheet analysis and segregate category of work involved in the project proposal.

• Reviews and assesses Contractor’s Submittals and Method of Statements.
• Keeps records of daily executed works and prepares Progress Reports (Weekly & Monthly).
• Reviews and monitors Quality Control, Assurance and Safety Plans & Programs of the Contractor.
• Inspection for proper implementation of works at the site.
• Monitor all accomplishments according to project schedule.
• Follow up progress of work.

• Supervise and control the ongoing works implementing at work site to ensure that it conforms to all contract drawings, scope of works and specifications.
• Ensure to maintain the safe working condition to site, quality workmanship and quality of materials being used to the project.
• Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment report of the project and submit to Resident Engineer.
• Check and evaluate the contractors claim, monthly valuation and certify the quantity base on their actual progress and submit to Resident Engineer for final approval.
• Coordinate to surveyor, foreman from time to time to ensure that the implementation of work is conforms to the approved contract drawings, scope of works and specifications.
• Supervises, inspects, checks and controls the quality of materials, used or to be used, via Materials Testing Methods & Procedures, also recommended acceptance or rejection of the same.
• Visit Project Site as deemed necessary to enforce and carry out the Intents of Project Plans & Specifications’ Requirements.
