• Determine production plan based on 3 months sales forecast.
• Do monthly and weekly plan of 7 production lines, including outsource (subcontractor) line based on the shipping dates set in the master plan and coordinate it with the department heads.
• Ensure that each production line meets shipping dates according to sales forecast/demand.
• Analyzing productions specifications and line capacity data through mathematical calculations.
• Determine each line processes and human resource requirements.
• Expediter operations that delay schedules and alters schedule to meet unforeseen condition.
• Assist the IE Supervisor in data gathering through Time and Motion Study.
• Assist the OM Manager in conducting Kaizen Audit.
• Assist the customers in choosing the room/cottages to settle in.
