•Enhancing a culture of high performance in Safety and Health by applying the SMAT principle.
•Implementing and maintaining of the Lonmin SHEC Management Standards, the Fatal Risk Protocols and operational procedures.
•Advise management on the SHE Management Systems.
•Periodic inspections and examinations of machinery and equipment.
•Weekly and monthly reports on SHE systems
