Looking after facility infrastructure of IBS Trivandrum:
Responsible for the Operations & maintenance of DG Set, Transformer, Access control system, Fire alarm system, UPS, Board Room Equipment’s, Ductable Split and Packaged AC Units, Chiller units, STP, Plumbing etc.
Manages the FM PTW process to ensure the best safety practices have been followed.
Facilitating and attending regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate the ongoing performance and suitability of the system.
Manage the progress and analysis of FM departmental KPls, through the creation and presentation of monthly and quarterly PM reports to FM department heads, to drive continuous improvement.
Liaise with and assist any Government bodies and regulating bodies where necessary
Preparing & documenting Manuals to simplify work for the maintenance department, Log sheets, checklists and carrying out planned preventive maintenance for all O & M assets
