Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager

Diagnose and resolve technical issues

Installation and troubleshooting computer hardware and software into computer labs
Installation and configuration of Active Directory Services
Administration of Microsoft Windows 7/8, Windows XP
Windows Server 2012 administration
Managing Active directory, DNS and DHCP Servers
Building domain controllers and installing server
Creating groups, users and assigning share permissions
Installation and configuration (Switch, Wireless AP, Network Printers)
Managing the user rights, accounts, policies, and network resources
Troubleshooting, network connectivity, operating system and software related problems
To Administer and maintain LAN comprising 50+ Nodes
Windows Server 2003 / 2008 administrations
Building domain controllers
Configuring Domain security policies, Local security policies

Configuring Outlook
Maintain data backups, E-mail backups.
Administrate Windows 2003 R2 Server, Domain Server, Implementing Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Files Servers, User Quota.
Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment and software.
Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
Installing, configuring, manage & maintain Domain, Active Directory, File Server, Print Server and VPN Server
Troubleshoot network, systems and application to identify and correct malfunctions
Anti-Virus updating and maintaining reports on regular basis
