Revise quotations to incorporate addendum/revisions in design or specifications and discount factors. Prepare quotation for variations as per addendum/revisions.
Rate of material follow-up with vendors.
Work out summary/analysis of profit for the project quoted for a valid discount.
Monthly sales report for sales team of the quotation submitted.
Keep track records of enquiries, quotations submitted and Internal Work Order in systematic and organized way.
Release (IWO) internal work order once receiving confirmations from the client discuss with production, projects and procurement towards the profitability accountable.
Forward details to designs for shop drawing preparation.
SAP entry like BOM, routing, cost updates as per the project modules available.
