General Tasks
• Works to achieve the vision and mission of the group and shares with the plant leadership team in the implementation of the strategy.
• Develops performance indicators and follows-up of human resources and administrative affairs to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the site and its strategy.
• Supports top management with reports and data about site which assists in decisions making.
• Develops budget for Human Resources Department and Administration Department with financial dept.
Human Resources
• Develops plans for the development and retention of human resources.
• Links human resource plans with planned site objectives.
• Approves training plan and makes sure of their effectiveness.
• Ensures the effectiveness of the recruitment process and conducts the final interview of human resources for the functional levels of L1 and higher.
• Deals with all HRIS programs for the plant.
• Approves and follows up hiring plan its implementation to ensure achieving targets and the best use of the human resources.
• Participates in the development of organizational structures and makes sure of its updating whenever the need to work according to the group directives.
• Follows up job descriptions updates and match them to reality.
• Approves transfer and assignment for the benefit of colleagues and business together.
• Works on the analysis results of human resources survey and develops an action plan for improvement.
• Ensures effective systems of medical care, other benefits and rewards systems of the group.
• Spreads the spirit of creativity and innovation at the site through suggestions program by encouraging the best suggestions.
• Ensures effective evaluation systems (Performance Appraisal) and its compliance with group policy.
• Makes sure to respond to all complains of colleagues in a timely manner.
• Works to develop an annual work plan for human resources and reviews their implementation.
• Deals personally with colleagues of low performance and develops a plan to terminate the contract if needed.
• Ensures a system of career Path clear for all colleagues.
Administrative Affairs
• Ensures working environment through the development of a standardized system (Work Area Efficiency)
• Checks the status of factory insurance plans with HQ.
• Ensures the renewal of factory licenses and insurance policies and other government actions in this regard.
• Follows up hotel reservations and flight of foreign experts.
• Follows up the external visits and their requirements.
• Monitoring the performance of the restaurant and buffet.
• Approves plans of fleet maintenance, administrative maintenance, maintenance of buildings and general appearance and follows-up their implementation.
• Approves a plan of fixed assets required for the office Furniture of the site and follows up the implementation.
• Approves the plan of stationary needs and its implementation.
• Manages outsourcing services.
Responsible for:
1. Responsible for 42 locations (Show Rooms - Warehouses - Sails Office)
2. Fixed Assets Purchasing.
3. The Company cars (License & Movement).
4. The Company printings.
5. Follow up the daily needs for the office.
6. Employee Relation & Social Activities.
7. Staff Medical Insurance.
8. Personnel Affairs (Employee Files, Social Insurance, Labor Office & Payroll).
9. Location Licenses (Including Show Rooms, Warehouses & Sails Offices).
10. Relocations of the Show Rooms & Warehouses.
11. Searching for & Renting New Locations.
12. Preparing the Sector Annual Budget (HR & Admin operations) & controlling it.
13. Preparing the Sector Annual Business Plan (HR & Admin operations).
14. Preparing & designing the SOP (STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURES)
For all the HR & ADMIN activities in the Commercial Sector
