JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN MEP CONTRACTING

•Submit and follow up material and shop drawing submittals & its schedules during mobilization period with consultant and client.
•Project planning & monitoring progress of the project.
• Liaising with the local authorities for electricity, telephone, data, fire, security, GSM,
Air craft warning lights etc to achieve the various milestones set in the project.
•Follow up of civil & electro-mechanical works at various sites.
•Prepare and monitor monthly / weekly / daily work program as per site requirement.
•Co-ordinating with suppliers, consultant, client and main contractor for all the works, related to electro-mechanical installations.
•Attending Progress meetings along with the Project Manager/Director.
• Control and maintain the site (workers, materials, cost etc.) throughout the duration of the project.
•Review and updating the man power & other resources requirement according to site progress & forward the projections to the management in a timely manner.
•Maintaining proper safety requirement as per the guidance of the safety officer at site.
•Review and updating the monthly claim according to site progress & material at site.
•Post the timely notifications to the main contractor for every change / additional work. In addition, from management’s approval to be obtained prior to commencing the work.
•Liaising with QS & Planner for preparing other claims.
•Liaising with the in house/3rd party testing & commissioning team for the successful hand over of the project.
