Report Directly to the Head of Recruitment Planning
Support Head of Recruitment Planning in identification of Manpower requirements, development of strong international network of recruitment agencies, budget control and developing policies & procedure.
Sourcing & shortlisting local & international candidates of all seniority levels for different departments and centers within/under QF.
Recruitment focal point for number of departments/ Centers processing all full time, temporary, freelance and trainees recruitment requests
Identifying directorates/ centers needs of Qatari National Trainees and assisting them to accomplish their Qatarization Plan.
The only focal point for Receiving CVs, filtering, shortlisting, interviewing, identifying, and processing recruitment requests of Qatari fresh graduates and junior Qatari Nationals to fill targeted positions.
Organizing & Participating in Career Fairs & Recruitment Campaigns.
Reviewing and updating Recruitment, Manpower Planning and Emiratization Policies, processes and procedures.
Creating customized measures for internal process efficiency, internal customer satisfaction, contribution to business outcomes/ results and external partner performance.
Planning and preparing Line Surveys on effectiveness of Recruitment Services.
Participated in preparing Initial guidance materials on Selection Methodologies and developed Training Modules to refresh/ educate line management in recruitment and selection methodologies and processes.
Assisting the Manpower Planning team and Department Heads in preparing the yearly budget and manpower plan.
Creating and Updating Positions/ Hierarchies to match the budget and ongoing approved changes.
Managing the proactive sourcing of candidates to facilitate the requirements of the Bank.
Interviewing for senior roles on behalf of the HR department and making final recommendations.
Developing and updating HR related internal requisition forms, checklists, applications and matrices.
Part of the ADCB Alumni program; active management of re-hirable leavers through database, and working with Marketing to develop quarterly Alumni Newsletter.
Performing Supplier pre-qualification/ re- qualification criteria matrix, to include performance and pricing elements, for agents, search firms and ‘tryout’ firms.
Reviewing, ranking and selecting partners as preferred/ approved supplier(s) list(s) and ensuring Service Contracts in place to ensure coverage for all levels and specializations of business groups.
Developing Business Relationship with group heads and line management.
Part of Employee Engagement Program discussion group; analyzing surveys’ results, identifying problems, making recommendations, and following up on approved recommendations implementation.
Obtaining correct job briefs from employers according to their requirements.
Conducting CV searches on the company’s website.
Conducting telephonic and personal interviews to candidates to determine if candidates are suitable for any current opening/s or for retention on the section database for the future.
Screening and short listing candidates for vacancies.
Providing the client with candidates’ professional and personality profiles.
Educating and counseling candidate to help them succeed in interviews.
Provide advice to clients/candidates on salary levels, trainings and career opportunities.
Focusing on business development to increase portfolio and bring in new jobs for the section and the branch by initiating sales calls, research and networking.
Retaining existing clients by providing an efficient and effective service at all times.
Developing a closer working relationship to gain trust and confidence to promote business.
Visiting new and existing clients to take face-to-face job descriptions of vacancies.
Following up with clients to confirm suitability of short listed candidates.
Preparing job descriptions for all positions in the Raw Materials & Inventory Department.
Liaising with the Human Resources department regarding vacancies in the Raw Materials & Inventory Department.
