CEO at BabarSaleem
  • Pakistan - Multan
  • My current job since May 2019

After spending more than 18 years on some of the toughest Supply chain fronts, I am now helping people identify and resolve issues in their supply Chain.

I do not brand myself as a consultant as they adopt a very different yet time consuming approach to implement a solution.

Our first Indicator remains on NOT to bring / Impose any changes to an organization’s existing system but to analyze and inject Quick Fixes which level up the chain’s productivity in weeks.

We have a very straight forward policy where we:

1. Do a Free preliminary Analysis of an organization.

2. Identify the Issues.

3. Propose Solutions.

4. Complete Implementation in Record Time.

I would love to share the practices I developed following the hard way over these 16 years and be part of something which can impact any organization’s future.

Ps:- We don’t Flood any one with tons of reports and documentation we DO and we align your people to keep on doing what’s really productive.
