As Operations Manager:
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions

AS R&D :

• Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product.

• Support Director to hire and develop R&D personnel.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
• Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing process into and out of the company.
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.

• Perform sales activities on major accounts.

AL-Mrooj company has a 3 years contract with M-I SWACO a Schlumberger company as a sub contractor to change out catalyst for gas sweetening units for Lukoil at West Qurna 2 field & I am the project engineer from AL-Mrooj company side for this contract,
My Job is to supervise the change out process including the ( Purging - Unloading the used catalyst - loading the new catalyst - all logistics needed ) & finishing all necessary PTWs for this process .

As Production Manager :

1- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
2- Oversee a workforce of 4 employees in the manufacturing department
3- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines

4- Actively participate in setting and implementing processes that will deliver the HSE standards set by Sika .
5- Follow Sika strategy in the Technical department.
6- In coming raw material and Finished Product Testing.
7- Routine production batch adjustment or correction, if any anomalies found during production.
8- Raw material Evaluation and report to GM accordingly
9- Product comparison with competitor product.
10 - Trials for new product development and product modification

also i was the Head of Technical team that responsible for set up a new plant ( Firefighting foam plant)

1- Oversee plant quality by conducting and evaluating various tests of finished products, components and packaging.
2- Confirm plant audit procedures and assigned work schedules.
3- Resolve major quality problems for production and warehousing.
4- Monitor product date coding and trade age management at all levels of product movement.
5- Educate and instruct plant personnel regarding quality control testing, equipment sanitation and general sanitation and housekeeping practices.
