orders, billing targets are met.
Enable the sales team in seamless customer order management and

Invoicing, credit and rebills through SAP-SD. Monitoring and evaluation of all orders through first pass yield, goods

Responsible for efficient and accurate handling of customer orders,
queries, prices, commercial terms, schedule, CAD, OTD, issue of credit
notes, etc.
To achieve 100% Performance Metrics and set a target of customer
service metrics on Order Fulfillment and Delivery to Request. Work on
guidelines (Order Acceptance/Confirmation. Deliver to Request /
Promise, Documentation - timeliness and completeness) and execute
the same.
Extensive knowledge on SAP transactions for creating sales orders,
invoicing, Quote creation, Rental order creations using VA01, VA42,
VA21, VF01. EDI, MM01, MM03, Experience in relation to Order
Processing.
Proactively manage open orders by running BI reports.
Maintain a customer focus while working in a fast-paced number
driven environment.
Perform all other duties as assigned by PL CSR/ Manager.
Preparing service quality reports, process flows, conducting trainings.
Self-initiative, Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong
client facing ability to plan, run and internal/external stakeholders

 Represent the company at relevant technical exhibitions to promote product/solution and company. Responsible for Marketing and Application to address Customer queries and interactions with specific objectives in mind.
 Create viable product configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for the company.
 Lead the conversions and quote phases of the sales process, negotiation and closure of product opportunities in order to meet orders, sales, as well as to maximize customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
 Analyzing overdue and co-ordinate payment collection of C-forms.
 Implement the marketing activities in line with National and Regional strategic imperatives of the assigned territory. Effective planning of activities and successful execution to translate business outcome. Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines and Contrast media within own accounts.
 Complete correspondence with factory and customer for all orders including follow up for advance payment.
 Entering purchase orders in ERP, issuing Design documents to production department.
 Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product.
 Coordinating with forwarder for logistics movement
 Goods receipt and Final Invoicing to customers and passing POD in SAP
 Arranging dispatch of the shipping documents on time to customers.
 Placing warranty orders as per the details given by service team in SAP & in BOL and follow up with factory till dispatch and returning the faulty material back to factory
 Key account and project management
 Develop and maintain good customer rapport and positive company image within the assigned area of responsibility to achieve sales goals at a profitable level.
 Contacting major players across the world & India and designing as per their specification.(GE, APC, SEIMENS)
 Responsible for signing NDA agreements. (EATON, CG, SANMINA, GAMESA, HONEYWELL, MITSUBISHI)
 Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts
 Ensuring on time delivery of material to customers and arranging the right forwarder for shipment.
 Maintain regular travel for in-person meetings with clients and strategic partners to develop and grow key relationships
 Manage the development of new project proposals and client contracts
 Set up appointments for sales team
 Regular interaction with all members of group, provide guidance and monitor correctness and progress of the assigned jobs.
As Transformer Design Engineer
 Design of Toroidal Transformer up to 25kVA as per customer specification and requirement.
 Knowledge in lamination transformer design up to 150kVA. Attended training in Srilanka for Design & Manufacturing process.
 Update Lead Discipline Engineer with weekly report on the work executed, work planned for next week and constraints.
 Enquiry, Quote, Order, Invoice and Payment management.
 Prepare the discipline Project Design Criteria in accordance with tender scope of work and latest international recommended practices and standards prior to the commencement of any engineering or design activities.
 Preparation of material requisition (Requisition for Quotation), Vendor Specifications review.
 To estimate time and resources requirement for engineering activities in cooperation with Lead Discipline Engineer.
 To review and comment the design documentation prepared by the discipline
to ensure conformance with customer requirement.
 Preparing Bill of materials and procedure for making Toroidal Transformers.
 Create and execute Engineering Change Requests/Notices, and enter into the ERP system (SAP).
 Assist Manufacturing Engineering and Operators to achieve successful production and testing of new custom designs.
 Provide technical support to and maintain liaison with Scheduling, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, Quality Assurance, and Operations regarding issues with custom designs.
