As a Branch Manager
Responsible for maintaining service excellence culture within the bank. Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and ensuring Bank’s policies, procedures and compliance requirements are complied with service quality norms.
Handling CASA, FD, Jewel loan, Demat, Agri loans, Assets, Fee, Customer service, Cash retention, lockers, Internal audit, Cross selling of banks third party products (life insurance, General insurance, mutual fund, gold coin sales and etc., )
