Project Name: Upgrade and Rehabilitation of Sewage Water Treatment Plant. Scope of Work: EPC Engineering Design, Procurement and Construction services for the expansion and refurbishment of UWN plant as defined by the Technical Requirements Including: Installation, services, utilities, testing and commissioning.
• Preparation of planning package with overall project schedules in Primavera P6 and developing progress measurement systems for EPC projects to Client.
• Prepared Primavera plans, which included defining activities, resource loading, defining and assigning calendars as per requirement, activity relationships, defining milestones, identification of critical path, and near critical paths.
• Preparation of projects plan to plan sheet, project calendar, reports, S-Curves, resource histogram, CPI, SPI, earned value management, generation of monthly/weekly/Daily reports, troubleshooting / mitigation of all planning-related issues.
• Monitored projects based on planned, actual, and earned man-hours and traced delays or any other variation, and highlighted them in meetings.
• Identify long lead items; monitor progress throughout the procurement period.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Procurement to ensure timely delivery of drawings & materials in support of scheduled execution.
• Prepare an effective utilization plan of resources to perform daily planned and outage jobs in compliance with maintenance procedures, work
• instructions & HSE guidelines.
• Prepare & update the risk register for the project & likely update the risk response plan.
• Coordinated with Clients and subcontractors for queries and technical issues to avoid delays and implement solutions to expedite the job.
