Major Accountabilities
I . Collect/obtain forecast data.
2. Analyze the data based on given and needed information, then convert it to a demand plan.
3. Create/ maintain database(s) for past, present, and future demand (analysis.)
4. Follow up with key stakeholders for possible changes/ revised plans and conduct demand planning meetings.
5 . Cross function alignment between SCM, Quality Assurance (QA), Drug Regulatory Affairs DRA.
6. Maintain and improve forecast accuracy for Saudi Arabia CPO .
7. Support and train other users on Futurecast tool system .
8. Ensure timely placement of orders and follow with suppliers, whenever needed.
9. Maintain master data in SAP
10. Create and change material in SAP
11. lead S&OP meeting with relevant information & Analysis
12. Support & Train SCM associates on Supply & Demand process
13. Support Head of SCM in day to day operations & to be his delegator if needed
14. Maintain Supply planning review with suppliers and manufacture sites
15. Third party operation planning.
16. Ensure the implementation of company SOP & Guidelines
17. Report KPI for the Supply & Demand Planning on Monthly basis
Dealing closely with the CPO Head of Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka, managing the president time table, preparing business presentations, coordinate events, and working on such projects for future development.
