- Managing more than 300 security managers, supervisors and security guards for more than 10 Area.
- Responsible for managing and effective provision of security and the implementation and measurement of the Physical Security policies and procedures, overseeing and coordinating security responsibilities for the Red Sea Development Company.

- Conduct Investigations as needed.
- Issue security alerts, and follow up on corrective action items resulting from incidents.
- Carry out any other tasks requested by the line manager or the superiors.
