• Analytical Skills: I work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. So that I need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.

• I analyse numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.

• Making internal politics for the company and follow up its implementation
• Prepare appointment letters, salary packages, employee clearance & maintenance of personnel files of all the employees including contract employees
• Coordinating daily attendance & overtime reports of employees & submit monthly reports to management
• Preparing & issuing experience certificates
• Preparing employees’ contracts, pay and benefits, insurance, employee order requests, leave monitoring, termination pay computation, personnel performance and correspondence
• Recruit, receive and review resumes, interview and recommended candidates for positions within
• Organized and maintained internal and sub-contacted employee database
• Attendance reporting for management, payroll and employee
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects; researching & analysing sales options
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Making quotations, order taking, delivering stocks
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
