• Receiving hiring requests from all Departments.
• Performing search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria.
• Screening candidates’ CVS, scheduling interviews with potential candidates and conducting interviews.
• Follow up with the Dept. Managers to get their final feedback on the shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare the Recruitment Authorization form for the accepted candidates and get the needed approvals on it.
• Developing job offers and sending welcome email to accepted candidates.
• Conducting Orientation session for newly hired employees.
• Responsible for maintaining Employees database, receiving hiring documents from newly joined employees and ensure that they are Complete.
-Responsible for implementing training programs for employees and maintaining training budget.
-Responsible for performance appraisal process.
• Conducting exit interviews with resigned employees and working on their retention.
• Issuing HR letters and any correspondences as per request.
• Following up Medical insurance renewals and deletions.
• Creating bank accounts for newly hired employees.
• Maintaining Office attendance and annual leaves.
• Assisting in monthly payroll preparation
• Creating and Designing any needed Forms.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions& helping resolve work-related problems in accordance with the rules of the company and labor low.
• Keeping the organizational charts up to date.
• Acting as a liaison between Authors, Editors and Reviewers the production Department inside the Company
• Handling Authors and Customers Inquiries through emails.
• Coordinating the workflow between different departments inside The company.
• Following up the Editorial Workflow at all stages.
• Handling External and Internal communication.
I worked at financial project as customer service agent, am helping and assisting the customers from different countries and nationalities and responding to their Inquiries and solving their issues with professional way in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and maintain good image of the company.
