Responsible to determine, evaluate and plan all aspects of the Organization structure & Manpower requirement and optimization within the Civil Aviation. Conduct appropriate Manpower study; explore Saudization possibility in line with Corporate Policy while ensuring quality and competency of available resources.
Develop organizational design policies and guidelines
Identify organization design and detail organization structure
Design & maintain job descriptions and job families
Carry out analysis of new and changing jobs and identify organization changes
Determine HR resources needed to meet corporate plans
Identify manpower shortfalls and excesses and develop plans accordingly
Forecast future manpower needs
Develop a manpower budgeted cost of overall GACA human resources
