EVENTS
• Being a part of the events team for execution of shows like the BIG STAR ENTERTAINMENT AWARDS and BIG STAR YOUNG ENTERTAINER AWARDS.
• Distribution of invites to celebreties.
• Co-ordinating with celebreties for attending the event.
• Helping with the nominations.
• Helping with the Trophies.
• Escorting guest and Bar coding at the On Ground event.

ADMINISTRATION
• Handling gratifications of listeners who win On Air.
• Collating and Maintaining weekly reports of the Radio Team such as Weekly Sales Report, Weekly Programming Report, Client Revenue Tracker, Pitch Calendar, IP Tracker and Air Check Report on daily basis.
• Collating and Maintaining weekly reports for the TV Sales Team such as the Revenue Tracker and Missed Client Report.
• Arranging for gratifications for clients on special occasions like birthday or a tie up.
• Organizing events such as birthdays, anniversary celebration of channels, festival celebrations etc.
• Handling travel and Accomodation .
• Handling miscellaneous and travel claims, bill payments of mobile, data card and corporate credit cards.
• Front office work in the absence of the receptionist (During breaks and Leaves)
• Handling the EPABX
• Managing the conference room bookings.
• Handling visitors at reception & acknowledge them to the meeting room.
