• Analyze and process credit proposals of retail lending products (Auto, Personal loan & Credit Cards) including Badr Islamic and Osool products for approval/escalation to credit supervisors within the stipulated TAT & Policy.
• Takes decisions to endorse or contradict the extension of credit within set credit authority established by senior management and state/federal laws.
• Prepares detailed proposals highlighting the SWOT analysis that includes sufficient data to support financial Statement analysis and collateral evaluation of the application and ensuring that all loans are approved in compliance with established bank’s credit policies and procedures.
• Analyze credit data to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
• Establish the credit worthiness of companies with special emphasis on past borrowing relationship with the Bank(s) capacity to borrow further, repayment capability, financial ratio analysis, business profile of company, security analysis and Credit worthiness report.
• Conducting visit (when Require) to customers to have better understanding of business cycle, judge feasibility of proposed transactions, verify the profitability of the company & to improve bank’s perception for the client.
• To ensure smooth implementation of the front end automation of credit process solution across all lending products with significant gains in customers’ experience and productivity.
• Signing Delegation up to AED: 500K (Auto loan), 300K (Personal loans) & 150k (Credit Cards).
• Auto loan Installment postponement, Change of Co Name/Area of registration & PDC etc.
• Processing systematic personal loan & credit cards applications include Fresh, split, upgrade & secondary cards requests.
• Maintains MIS, Credit officers’ Productivity and generates reports for Auto loan.
Operational Activities: - (Took Additional responsibilities due to less work and restructuring)
• Handling End of Service Benefits and Advance/Leave salaries Cases of registered companies.
• MIS of Legal Case Filling against Repossessed vehicles and default Customers.
