• Updating the supplier bank account information
• Monitor all vendor calls and address all issues for account payable schedule and appropriate disbursements.

• Processing, tracking, updating invoices/ payments for rental apartments, mobile and rental cars.
• Creation, updating of business administrative and approvers table as per business units requests.
• Maintain and update all account payable data and ensure accuracy in general ledgers.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and make corrections of discrepancies
• Performing cashier duties, maintenance of cash records and registers.
• Verify that payable transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Keeping track of the Financial Statements, GL accounts, Cost Centres and Project Numbers.
• Prepare manual cheques as and when required.

• Creation of new vendors, updating of existing vendors file.
• Scanning, tracking supplier invoices in AIMS system
• Preparing cash payment vouchers and ICC vouchers for reimbursement of business related expense.
• Perform purchasing administrative duties, order processing, data entry and maintenance of procurement system - SAP
• Source, negotiate and co-ordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for the best possible price purchases, ensure on time delivery and tracking of goods
• Resolves the invoicing issues with vendors, Manage supplier performances
• Planning and arrangement of material delivery schedule
• Providing mobile connections and fuel cards for business purpose
• Arranging for travel insurance for employees and delegates

• Overseeing the production process
• Online product inspection & reporting to the production manager
• Ensuring that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced within quality guidelines
• Foreseeing potential problems before they happen
• Identifying the training needs, and ensuring proper training is provided
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
• Control and maintenance of stock register
• Ensure the maintenance of goods and timely supply, efficient and reliable relationship with the vendors
• Perform buying duties when necessary.
