• Performed start - up, shutdown and emergency operation safely and efficiently of open cycle 6 x 42 MW GE (PG6581B) Gas Turbines with DLN 1.0 Combustion System and Mark V1e Control System during commissioning and production phase.
• Records, monitors, and evaluates operating system parameters such as temperature, pressure, generation, and electrical parameters and make necessary adjustment for optimum gas turbine performance and to prevent breakdowns.
• Reduced time, fuel consumption and emission during start - up by innovating start - up procedure.
• Review and confirmed process Lock Out Tag Out as per ADNOC PTW policies before releasing the permits.
• Performed plant operational weekly and monthly routine schedule safety and without disturbance to the system.
• Trained, supervised, and mentor newly hired operators.

Cogeneration Cycle 3 x 125 MW GE (PG9171E) Gas Turbine with DLN 1.O Combustion System with 3 x 250 T/H and 11.0 bar KHIC HRSG.
Combine Cycle 2 x 100 MW GE (PG9161E) Gas Turbine with 2 x Dual Steam Drum of 197 T/H, 73 bar and 36 T/H, 6.4 bar ABB HRSG.
1 x 112 MW Condensing type ABB Steam Turbine.
1 x 58 MW Ansaldo Energia Back Pressure Steam Turbine.
2 x 350 T/H and 30 bar KHIC Auxiliary Thermal Boiler.
4 x 7 MIGD KHIC Multistage Flash Evaporator Desalination Plant.
• Records, monitor, and maintain operating parameters to control and achieve reliable and efficient operations.
• Report abnormalities and defects to supervisor and take necessary corrective action.
• Assist Shift in Charge/Supervisor for raising work orders, issuing PTW and preparing plant daily status report.
Generates up to 13 000 MW of electricity and 490 MIGD of water that supplies the City of Dubai in United Arab Emirates.
• Assist in start-up, shutdown and emergency operation of the Cogeneration Cycle, Combine Cycle, Thermal Boilers and MSF Desalination plant as per instruction.
• Report abnormalities/ defects observed in the field to the supervisor and follow up with senior operator for defect rectification.
• Monitor and record local operating parameters and equipment status for reliable and safe operations.
• Performed plant operational routine schedule for the shift in coordination with senior operator.
• Performed process isolation/normalization as per DEWA PTW policies.
Generates up to 256 MW of electricity that supply to Philippine grid.
• Performed plant start - up, shutdown and emergency operation of 3 x 300 T/H and 126 bar Alstom CFBC Coal Fired Boiler and 3 x 82 MW Condensing type Kawasaki Steam Turbine and its auxiliaries.
• Adjust controls to generate specified electrical power or to regulate the flow of power between generating units.
• Records, monitors, and evaluates operating system parameters such as temperature, pressure, tank levels and flow trend curves and make necessary recommendations to the Shift Supervisor for optimum boiler/steam turbine performance and to prevent breakdowns.
• Monitors and interprets DCS system alarm indications of equipment malfunction and troubleshoots abnormalities during the shift and indicates remedial measures to prevent unnecessary downtime.
• Communicates with plant dispatch to regulate and coordinate line voltages and transmission loads and frequencies at normal operation.
