• Managing day - to- day OPD - Operations and administration of 700 beaded hospitals, Responsible for generating and evaluating new strategies and system.
• Controlling OPD of 1000 to 1200 patients per day (OPD consultation and follow-ups)
• Managing Secretarial staff and subsidiary employees. Resolve problem with department heads concerning such items as staffing, utilization of hospital facilities, equipment’s and suppliers.
• Supervised Patient care services relative to medical records documentation, Charting, Filling, Transcriptions, appointment scheduling, refund, patients re calls and collections ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Participated in the implementation and ongoing roll-out of the EMR in the practice.
Supervise day-to-day operations of Outpatient Registration, Financial Counsellors, and ER registration areas. Supervise 2 Supervisors and a staff of 22 employees for a 100 Bed Multispecialty Care Facility with 5 points of entry. Monitor upfront collections, FTE's and Man Hour per stat to ensure department meets established goals. Review daily and end of month reports for accuracy and prepare submission for upper management.
• Trouble shouting employee & common organizational problem and conflict.
• Maintained front office operation for alignment with company objectives to streamline the follow and enhance service.
• To help in scheduling of OPD slots and any other medical and paramedical service in association with Sr. Consultant.
• Establish and implement departmental polices, goal, objectives, and procedures.
• Working closely with the Financial Manager, Facility Manager, IT Manager & HR Department,
• Creating, Managing and analyzing performance data and other information
• Ensuring compliance to all Environmental Health & Safety goal & Objectives.
• Worked closely with billing to monitor charges and payment and educated physicians and all incoming Residents in billing policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage operation within budgetary constraints. Encouraging, identifying and developing best practice strategy.
Corporate Collection (Corporate, PSU, Insurance / TPA, Receivables) Corporate Empanelment & Marketing.
Prepare / maintain and analyze billing Vs Collection / Outstanding and take proper steps for recovery.
Overall responsible for the satisfaction of corporate patients and corporate.
Monitor the billing value and collection and intervene and regulate when and where required.
To maintain the rate masters of the empaneled corporate. Ascertain the relationship with existing clients.
