Responsibility;
❖ Analyze of the torque/turns behavior of a casing or tubing make-up.
❖ Preparation of a synopsis report after every job for further analysis and documentation.
❖ Packing /un-packing, connecting/dis-connecting, inspecting, monitoring, testing and operating all equipments at the job site.
❖ Recommend measures to improve procedures, equipment performance, and quality of service and suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipments to increase efficiency of services or work crew.
❖ Conduct pre-job function checks on the CAM unit and accessories before the operation begins.
❖ Responsible to monitor and take final decisions concerning the correct make-up of the tubular during operations.
❖ Calculate the reference, Minimum and maximum shoulder torque values depending on the pipe type.
❖ Responsible for accepting or rejecting any pipe joint that is being made-up.
❖ Seek ways to eliminate un-safe work practices, conditions, and avoid damage to the equipment
❖ Support the tong operators in installation procedures and rig-up.
❖ Develop and maintain a strong interface with the workforce on the rig site.
❖ To assist in the maintenance of all CAM units and accessories.
❖ Issuing instructive electronic filing, paper file stripping and transfer of records from the interim storage of the paper records, which are to be retained.

* Inspection of first piece swaged during all swaging process which is recorded on the work order.
o Machining & Threading;
* 100% inspection of the first machined piece and follow - up inspection for the particular order & filled up the inspection report online.
o Surface Treatment;
* Visual inspection of finished phosphate, copper-plating & bead blasting jobs.
* 30X magnification checks on phosphate products.
* Carried out rag test on phosphate materials.
* Surface test on bead blasted products
* Tape test on copper plated
o Make up/assembly process;
* Visual inspection, dimensional checks and drift test.
