N2 Clontibret to N.I Border, Trunk Road Scheme Development (Client Adviser)
I am part of the Traffic and Economics team that has input into the constraints study for this new section of road on one of the major strategic corridors linking Ireland to Northern Ireland. North Ayrshire Council, Car Parking Study
I evaluated raw data from parking surveys for both on and off street parking in 7 areas throughout North Ayrshire. The data is presented as part of a report with indicative tables and drawings representing the behaviour of parking in the area. Data analysis using ArcGIS gave an overview of the parking behaviour in the specified areas. This report was sent to the client with suggestion for future works, which proved successful in gaining further parking studies in more areas within the Council's catchment.
