Heading SIKA Division.
Sales of all Sika products especially concrete admixtures, water proofing, concrete repair, sealing & bonding, industrial flooring’s etc to support team and to achieve division targets and company goals.
Evaluate division performance and implement new strategies for performance improvements.
Manage inventories including re-ordering and minimizing all discrepancies, pilferage as well as monitor expiry dates on sensitive products.
Conduct sales promotional programs like contractors/consultants meet, technical training sessions etc in co-ordination with Principal - Sika East Africa Ltd, Nairobi.
Co-ordination with the applicators to achieve client’s requirements in projects.
Project visits, product discussions, negotiations & sales closing, payment follow ups etc. with main contractors / architects / consultants / clients to support the team.

Project visit for introduction and enquiry generation.
