Tier 1 - Strategy Implementation Manager
• Key management responsibility for Tier 1 International clients with a job description covering Global strategic market areas to include Mainland China, The Russian Federation, The US, the Ukraine and the EU.
• Key focus to draw together and structure the relevant activities in respect of Tier 1 undertakings ensuring that the best product offerings are achieved in keeping with the market expectations of Tier 1 clients.
• Responsible for the implementation and management, of the Corporate Strategy, with further responsibility for Client relationship, Tier 1 account trials, CPS product improvement to the level expected by a Tier 1 client.

• To work in a matrix environment to develop and implement Operations Strategy across the disciplines, which will address the future for Manufacturing for Tier 1 accounts and complement the strategic objectives for the product range and customer base.
Programme Delivery Manager
• Programme Delivery Manager responsible for the delivery and installation of Cash sorter projects across the globe. This involved the simultaneous management of up to 40 unit global project deliveries. Experience has been gained in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Nigeria, Israel, Vietnam, South Africa, Zambia, Rwanda, France, Holland, Russia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, the USA Caribbean, Europe and the United Kingdom.
• Managed technical, project resources, logistics and third party suppliers on a global basis.
• Recent and extensive experience accrued in mainland China through the delivery of a substantial programme of work to the People Bank of China (PBOC) . Success has been achieved in over 1, 25million US$ of savings on the budget and further have successfully re-negotiated with the Chinese, System, Technical and Commercial changes which have affected substantial savings to the company and have contractually stabilised the project.
• Successfully recovered a difficult programme in Morocco.
IDS Project/Bid Manager
• Responsible for delivery of a number of Secure Documentation & Infrastructure Projects to the Government of Rwanda. Initial responsibility to recover this programme of work this was achieved successfully.
• Brought in to recover a key Project successfully for the United Nations
• Experience accrued in Identity systems for Rwanda, Mexico, the United Nations.
• Bid Management - Mexico Passport tender - joined the bid team for the Mexican passport contract with specific responsibility for the Resource element of the bid.

• Delivery of ATVAM ITS Systems (Phase 1) - to include Mobile speed enforcement, Fixed Speed enforcement and Red Light/Speed on Green enforcement - Security surveillance equipment -Telecommunications, Data Processing Centres x 3 - in three regions covering 9 cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Installed Prince 2 based governance throughout the project and a support based PMO
• Installed and managed accurate and detailed Reporting mechanisms throughout the Project
• Managed 3 key Investor Stakeholders, Public stakeholders including the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Saudi Police Department, Saudi Security, the Ministry of Finance and third party Suppliers and Contractors.
