- Swing Line (optimization of Oil Stabilization plant process-ability)
- New Remote header (piping) (includes Production, Relief & Blow Down headers) with required Gas nozzles (for wells connection)
- Trunk line (typically 9-25 km / 12”-16” ND) from RH to Gas Gathering Manifolds
- New Burn Pit, Scraper Launcher/Receiver
- All Supports for Platforms, Pipes, Valves supports, Electrical & Instrumentation etc.
- Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) & SCADA installation (incl. modifications)
- Electrical distribution system (incl. grounding)
- Safety sensors (H2S, LEL monitoring)
• Typical activities includes, but not limited to, seeking & reviewing design packages for constructability issues, Ensuring land use & other permits; Sourcing & Securing materials through Material take-offs; Assist material preparation (Pipe cladding etc.) at vendors; Assisting estimating activities, bid / tender / contract award; Coordinating construction procedures including welding, inspection, Hazards identification, Risks assessments; Monitoring compliance to applicable codes & practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications; Scheduling construction (shutdowns etc.); Assisting construction technical queries (through to design); Executing Change Management; Implementing Project Monitoring systems; Resolving progress deficiencies; Utilising industrial developments / technological advancements to support execution; Mechanical completion; Material reconciliation; Project closeout.
PROJECT: AASTA Hansteen Subsea Rig Development - Scope: Planning for Work Over System - RISER, TOOLING etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Develop & Conform realistic project plan & schedule (Project Planning & Scheduling) CPM scheduling
o Incorporation of project trends & changes - Schedule & Cost Integration
o Perform periodic project schedule risk analysis
o SAP PM Modules management - Time Management Project Controls integration(contract requirements)
o Scope Management (Schedule)
Develop & Conform realistic project plan & schedule CPM scheduling
Establish WBS structure in SAP & Primavera in accordance with Subsea procedure for Project coding
o Change Management; Assist in change analysis
o Time management
Prepare & maintain Basis of Schedule (Time / Cost assumptions, risks & opportunities)
Time Management input for PEM reviews to WP / Project Management
Build Project WBS & CBS in Project Builder (SAP PM Modules) & integration with Cost Control & Schedule (P6) Design & implement a Project Planning & Monitoring
Collect progress information for all plans & reports
Monitor engineering, procurement & construction activities, highlight & comment irregularities / criticalities & propose corrective actions
Actively participate in planning, analysing, forecasting & prioritising of WP execution
Establish recovery plans, if & when necessary
o Communication Management
Assist with the preparation & issue of monthly reports
Quality Management
Follow PEM principles for execution & prepare relevant Time Management input for PEM reviews to WP / Project Management
Support development of the Original Control Budget (OCB) from the phased Final Cost Estimate & maintain the Current Control Budget (CCB) (budget change process)
