The new ISHU - International Specialized Hospital of Uganda is the main artery of the healthcare complex located in Lubowa, Kampala, Uganda. Value: US$ 300 Million
It has also been designed in compliance with the standards recommended to obtain JCI accreditation.
The hospital is a modern, state-of-the-art building with high specializations in cancer treatment, heart disease including catheterization laboratory, brain and neurosurgery, kidney transplant, liver diseases, fertility medical services, epilepsy, and orthopedic surgery. It is intended to attract patients from Uganda and from abroad neighboring countries.
The hospital built-up area is 61, 700m2 of clinical and non-clinical departmental floor area over 4 stories; below ground service tunnels including a C4 bomb proof shelter; CCTV; asset locators; voice & data systems; IFMS & BMS., with a capacity of 243 beds. fully serviced primary and secondary healthcare facilities complete with all state-of-the-art services and a 36-unit residential complex covering an area of approximately 300, 000 m2.

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residence is Phase 2 of an iconic SAR2.2bn high profile landmark development being constructed by LATIFIA for GOSI (Saudi Government - General Organization for Social Insurance).
As a luxury five-star hotel, the project consists of two distinctive high-rise towers.
The hotel is a 40 story RC building with 645 guestrooms and suites, plus a 14 story RC building with 221 full-service apartments. In addition to the hotel and apartments, the project features standard hotel amenities with underground parking for 1300 vehicles and high-quality site works.

Removal and replacement of full glass curtain facade without interruption of Hotel’s operation; Image renewal of the interior of the rooms and passageways.

The work deserved formal praise at the time by the director of the hotel as the work took place on time and budget set, and the inconvenience to the customers has been minimal.
