-Coordinate with IT-System Team for any database backup and restore requirements from Arasco’s backup solution (Networker).

-Liaise with IT-Security Team for any users requiring 3rd layer access to SQL Servers. Submits Network Traffic Flow forms required prior to opening SQL ports in their security appliance (FortiGate).

-Assist IT-System Team in configuring and troubleshooting SCCM, Lync, Skype for Business, AD360 and Enterprise Vault databases.

-Provides database support to Data Center and Cabling (DCC) Team in configuring Manage Engine’s OPM and IT Asset Monitoring Solution. Assist vendor in running TSQL Query as required.

-Assist IT-Application Team in creating SQL tables, query, jobs and stored procedures during Proof Of Concept (POC) stage of Arasco’s New HR Attendance System and Canteen Management System.

-Facilitate cab upgrades to all 160+ HHT devices in all sites of Arasco.

-Carry out deployment updates for RoutePro Back Office Application and Skynax Systems.

-Developed MS Access program in monitoring Task and Project for all teams issued for production use with IT-Operation, IT-Application, IT-Service Desk, IT-PMO and IT-Quality Department.

-Provide advanced MS Excel support to entire IT Team (Pivot, Graph, Formulas, VLOOKUP’s, Macros and VBA if required).

Selected and deployed in order to oversee the KBR-JGC GTL Project start up in Qatar for IMI. Responsibilities included the procurement; establishment and commissioning of all computer systems for office start up. Additionally designed, maintained then published a comprehensive employee database to include personal and travel document information using Excel and MS Access. As the liaison between IMI corporate HQ in Manila, the provincial Tunis and the project base in Qatar resolved all employee travel and payroll issues.

 Chad, Africa (2004) - Esso Exploration and Production Chad Inc.
Maintained six Windows NT 4.0 servers and 126 Windows 2000 / XP clients throughout the remote operating area, additionally maintained Windows 2000 server and 220 clients computers. Supported all IT and communications infrastructure, including local and wide area network capabilities, desktop computing equipment, wireless communication equipment, software applications and voice/telephone equipment. Resolved complex and technical hardware, software and configuration problems, developed web-based applications using active server pages, VBScript and JavaScript against Oracle, SQL Server and Microsoft Access databases.
