- Research related to different topics including the Lebanese Labor Law and the Lebanese banking sector
- Legal consultations in Arabic, English and French regarding various legal issues
- Handled a matter with respect to a Lebanese financial institution (drafting minutes of meeting, providing legal advice on banking matters etc.)
- Advised on cross-border financial transactions under Lebanese Laws and regulations and on the Collective Investment Schemes under Lebanese Laws
