Preparing all the traffic papers: traffic form, NOC, Insurance, BSI, warranty and cars letters. Assisting different department anytime needed and monitoring the showroom. Prepared the schedule for reception, new and used cars sales team. Prepared the insurance policies to be collected by agents. And, was responsible for the Service Desk & IT Tasks.

Maintained supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels: anticipating requirements, placing and expediting orders - e-requests (office supplies, business cards, and kitchen items)
Prepared weekly updated reports (Walk in and calls) to be sent to the management.
Collected data to be sent to the CRM department.
Used Ooredoo Message Manager User Interface to send messages to the customers who visited the showroom.
Checked catalogues: Inventory, displayed cars stands catalogues stock room.
Customer Service Responsibilities Included,
Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant person or department. Dealing with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email.

Price negotiations with buyers and the managers. Supervising all advertisement sales for the magazine. Issuing quotations & invoicing. Listening to customers’ requirements and needs. CRM with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Interior renovation of villas, apartment, tearooms. Follow up of projects: Taking dimensions and checking work progress. Proposition of model and disposition of furniture.
Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project. Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using AutoCAD. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, Decoration and provide samples for clients. Survey the project.
Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.
