•Taking full responsibility and ownership of all engineering activity related to Telecom, IT, electrical within company.
•Maintaining wired and wireless network.
•Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining Router, CCTV, Home security and control system, finger print access controller, Desktop and other digital electronic device.
•Maintenance of Palace electrical network and Installing any change required.
•Maintenance of Reverse osmosis plant and keeping water parameter record.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting issues related to HVAC, Split and Window Aircon, Refrigerator, Microwave etc.
•Maintaining CCTV system of 8 DVR (>100 cameras including PTZ) and fixing issues related to Cameras, Video Balloon, wireless dvr access, Installing any change required.
•Maintaining generator, grass cutter and try to troubleshoot issue related to them.
•Leading a team of more than 10 workers to maintain garden, cleaning, greenhouse etc.
•Performing Helpline duties on rotational basis.
•Helping Indian workers coming to the Mission to resolve their disputes with their Sponsors and informing them about the formalities they have to complete regarding death and Jail issues.
•Handling other nationalities coming to the Mission and resolving their queries.
