Functional role:
• Manage and administrate the overall project construction
• Handling and fulfilling client requirements during design stages till obtaining acceptance on concept design
• Initiating the submission process to governments authorities
On site activities:
• Review and approve of shop drawings and material submittal as per tender drawings
• Monitor project seclude (Earn Value), inspecting and approving deliverables.
• Provide technical solutions on site and monitor material sourcing process with focus on long lead items.
• Site supervision and inspection to monitor development and percentage completion as per the planed activity and provide periodical reports to senior management.
• Regular coordination meeting with all stakeholders to assure that the project is on track and to tackle any issues which may delay the handover of the project.
• Issuance of weekly, monthly reports, IL, DCR, safety report and NCR…
• Insure that the building and materials meet all environmental aspects in terms of Energy and water efficient and by using friendly, recycled and sustainable materials.
Purpose:
• To assist in the implementation of the school plan
• To assist in the process of reviews and approvals of new schools development
• To deal with technical issues related to building and facilities.
Functional role:
• Working with consultants from initial design stages requirements and space planning to final stages of receiving different government authorities’ approvals.
• Assist in the contract negotiation and selection process, studying the project schedule and deliverables of project activates.
• Risk assessment for vireos project activates during planning stages to mitigate or eliminate risk in the future during construction, and to develop a contingency plan in case of risk occurrence.
• Assist and approve the selection of building materials and soft furnishing.
• Site supervision to monitor development and percentage completion as per the planed activity and provide periodical reports to senior management.
• Regular coordination meeting with all stakeholders to assure that the project is on track and to tackle any issues which may delay the handover of the project.
• Provide technical solutions on site and monitor material sourcing process with focus on long lead items.
• Monitor manpower histogram and contractor daily reports.
• Monitor health and safety issues on site and during operations of building.
• Insure that the building and materials meet all environmental aspects in terms of Energy and water efficient and by using friendly, recycled and sustainable materials.
• Inspection of the newly completed school building in order to provide no objection to municipality to issue completion certificate.
• Oversee and at time inspect new and existing school facilities to help guide plans and actions.
• Liaise with other government entities.
