Technical Support to Sales for cross-specification of lighting projects as per the drawings and BOQ
Prepare project organization and communication chart to effectively and accurately communicate project information to client and project team
Assisting marketing team to develop and maintain Philips Lighting portfolio to meet lighting projects requirements in Middle East
Prepare and issue technical report, BOQ, quotation, letter of intent and purchase orders
Sales & Purchase order entry in SAP PR4 and ensuring planning and procurement of finished goods to meet project deadline
Attend client meetings and assist with determination of lighting project requirement
Supporting partners, clients and internal teams in logistics operations such as production planning, procurement calculations and documentation
Ensuring project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the agreed quality standards
Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with all the suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
Supports in solving incidental supply issues
