- Structured and implemented business development plans and directed sales/marketing initiatives that successfully reported 50 clients and grew the company from start -up to more than €40 million in annual revenues over 5 years.

- Identified, evaluated, negotiated and acquired 2.5 million sq. m. of industrial real estate for 40 private investors adding a total acquisition value of more than €30 million and totaling over 100 acquisitions closed in 6 years. Oversaw all aspects of transactions including, structured debt @ equity, deal estructure and legal contracts.

- Executed a €1.9 million transaction for 9.150 sq. m2. of residencial real estate, while negotiating an alliance with a real estate firm to develope 77 multi-family apartments that yielded a 113.77% return on investment. Supervised and co-ordinated with clients, contractors, government officials, attorneys, financial institutions and RE brokers.
- Recruited a sales team, established performance metrics, introduce an industry-high commission structure, and grew revenues to €100.000 in the first year, €1.2 million in the second year, and €40 million within 5 years of start up.

- Design, developed and managed both business lines, conducted mainly Business and Development and all general operational aspects including Project Management, Marketing and Public Relations. Increased sales revenues from scratch up to €22 million and profits by €1.4 million within 3 years.

- Negotiated profitable financial bank agreements with major banks in Spain, including advantageous discounts in mortgage conditions, deposits, mutual funds, pension and bank accounts for clients, while achieved outstanding rebates for the firm. Negotiated more than€18 million in financial products a year, representing 60% of total revenues of the company.

- Strengthened cross-sell opportunities, increasing mutual fund and deposits sales 200% (from €1 million to €3 million) and 300% (from €1 million to €4 million) repectively, while delivering 80% of all mortgages sales for this start up area of business.

- Created, directed and marketed a Business Affiliated Program by proactively seeking out and recruit affiliates to help build and grow the affiliate program we managed. Obtained more than 45 affiliates / companies in 1 year.

- Designed, promoted and launched the Accuracy Club Card, offering important discounts in major retail shops, health and entertainment companies, Sport clubs, Hotels, Restaurants, Rental Cars, Travel Agencies, Fashion, Kids, and many other services the employees needed.

- Selected and hired self-motivated sales team, trained and encouraged them to be customer focused and experts in their field.
