Develop and lead implementation of the required Quality and
food safety procedures, programs, and work instructions in all
plant operations in full compliance with Quality and food safety
standards like ISO 22000, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
and business to business standards (McDonald’s, KFC, Hardees,
Burger king and others) across the three sites of the company.
Responsible for following up of the action plans that results
from the internal, external audits and legal authorities like NFSA
to be communicated with the concerned parties, reviewed and
closed within the due dates.
Review and follow up all the updates and new versions of the
local and international laws and decrees related to the food and
general industry to be applied within the organization within the
due dates.
Responsible for applying and updating of all the requirements
of the quality and food safety systems regarding HACCP, food
defense, food fraud, food safety culture, etc.....
Drive the complete process of the needed training for the
organization team internally and externally by creating the
proper internal and external training plan and to communicate
with the concerned parties to complete the plan within the set
time.
Develop food safety, GMP, and Quality audit programs and
training plans for different levels of personnel in each operation
and ensure that the audit and training plans is fully applied in
each site.
Make sure that the processes and system is unified and
sustained across the three locations through creating and
developing the procedures as complied with the standard and
legal laws,
Act as a focal point with regulatory authorities inspections and
annual external audits (BRC), and ISO 22000 Certification bodies
, and B2B
Ensure that all MB sites are in full compliance with the food
safety last updated legal and regulatory requirements issued
by national food safety authority (NFSA), MOH & Ministry of
Industry and commerce
Liaise with R&D, Production and other related operations both
for line /plant extension plans, and new products portfolio to
ensure that the food safety, GMPs & GHP are fully embedded
in each project starting with the design phase till project
finalization.
Develop and communicate all required procedures, Work
instructions and quality monitoring programs covering all
product quality assurance systems within production processes
till distribution
Develop GMPs and FS inspection and audit protocols and
develop the required compliance and performance tracking
tools for continuous compliance improvement
Review periodic quality reports received from each area in
operations and supply chain, conduct analysis on the findings
and generate quality trends & Recommends corrective actions
if necessary and ensures implementation and compliance.
Supervise for customer complaints management starting form
complaints receiving and investigation, root cause analysis,
correctives action plans and follow up to ensure contentious
improvements in complaints results
Supervise product traceability and recall management systems
and for conducting annual tests for recall procedures
Responsible for all the relation with all our B2B customers to
ensure to fulfill all their requirements like specs, standards,
inspection sessions, etc....
Supervise the efficiency of the existed documentation system,
coordinate the updates and improvements of it, coordinate the
creation and updating of HACCP plans, food safety & food fraud.
Lead & supervise the achieved internal audit program & CAPA
closure rate across the different sites of the company.
Responsible for the management of pest control file with the
external service providers which deal with the sites of the
company.

Deal with internal and third party auditors during the annual
audits like ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO22000, FSSC &
HALAL
Review, approve and communicate the Creation & modifying of
SOPs &WIs to develop and standardize the work system.
Responsible for creating and updating of HACCP system plans
for all production lines according to ISO22000 & FSSC
Lead and participate in GMP, GHP or GSP deviation to reach the
root cause using the quality tools like root cause analysis, control
charts, PDCA and others.
Responsible with the team fot the receiving of the raw,
packaging, sub-assembly materials and to apply the specs upon
the receiving throught the test method references to decide
whether to accpet the material or not.
Participating in establishing, desigining and upgrading of the
quality laboratories accroding to the standards.
Responsible for purchasing of the quality laboratory devices
accroding to the needed technicallities, including getting the
price offers from the suppliers and selecting the best one to
communicate it to the final procurment cycle,
Supervise and follow up the Formulation, documenting and
maintaining quality standards and on-going quality objectives.
Supervise, lead, oversee and coordinate the inspection activities
of product throughout production cycle through managing the
team activities.
Create the technical data sheets that are required for the export
of our products.
Apply total quality management tools and approaches to
analytical and reporting processes.
Contact the concerned departments in case of receiving a new
raw material or packaging material.
Maintain active role on internal Continuous Improvement teams.
Perform internal audit on the other departments with preparing
of the final audit report.
Set and supervise the achieving of the monthly KPIs
Assure and supervise the achieving of annual calibration plan
internally and externally.
Establish projects in aligning with the team to modify and
simplify the work system to reduce the cost
Determine the test methods of the new raw materials according
to the international and local standards.
Manage & supervise the quality control team to ensure high
productivity and high technical integrity.
Decision maker for the releasing or rejecting the raw and
packaging materials following the standard.
Interact with suppliers in case of any rejection of any raw
or packaging material assuring that the investigation of the
problem has been clarified to reach a root cause and set a
solution.
Interact with suppliers in case of any internal complaint of
any raw or packaging material and lead the investigation steps
concerning the deviation to ensure that the root is clarified.
Contact suppliers for buying new devices, apparatuses &
supplies.
Prepare the annual budget of the labs by communicating with
logistics and suppliers
Create and follow up the performance agreement for the team
annually.
Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
Contact with the concerned departments trying to solve the
problems, which are related to receiving & releasing of raw and
packaging materials.
Review the revision process of the chromalines (new products
labeling data) on the wrapper, display boxes& outer cartons that
is done by the team according to the standard ones.
Design, develop and implement quality control training
programs.
