2- Handle the evaluation and feedback forms
3- File all essential bank internal documents according to the data protection policy.
4- Handle all the salary reports matching them to social security reports to ensure accurate policy implementation.
5- Maintain accurate database for all bank customers and contacts.
6- Professionally build successful, trust worthy relationships with customers by following up with them and give them clear accurate information when needed.
7- Manage customer satisfaction process.
8- Attending and participating within the bank internal meetings and insuring full compliance to the meeting outcomes.
9- Researches, implements, and manages the areas of banking regulation and laws, banking policies and procedures, consumer protection, and public interest laws.
10- Work closely with the chief operating officer (COO) in overseeing compliance procedures and might also advise on risk management.
11- Advice and train the banking stuff on these compliance procedures.
12- Additionally, issue investigations related to possible non-compliance or to ensure compliance is taking place.

volunteered as a course trainer in Queen Rania School for 7th Grade student. Knowledgeable with a USAID-funded project related to the university course “Managerial Skills”.

1- Planning and organizing the marketing events and handling such as (venue booking, promotional materials, venue staff, issue invitation letters).
2- Actively supporting the team in different areas such as events management when needed

4- Draft marketing and sales correspondences such as: pricing lists, contracts, quotations and letter of agreements.
