• Maintain complete records for quality and preventive maintenance as per company's procedure to meet the internal / external audit and ISO requirements.
• Carryout all Quality Checks for all the refueling equipment (28 Nos.) - as below, to comply with ENOC / Chevron Aviation Quality Control Manual.
• Carryout / restore Bulk Meter Proving (Calibration) of all refueling equipment like Avery Hardoll MK-II, EMH 600, EMR3, Veedor Root, etc., and document as per requirement.
• Carryout Pressure Control Check on Carter Coupler - PCV (ILCV) and Carter / Parker nozzle - HECV and make sure that it complies the requirement.
• Carryout Particulate Matter tests - Colorimetric / Matched weight testing - Gravimetric on all refueling equipment.
• Carryout testing on the condition of strainers, hoses, fittings, dead-man / emergency controls, interlocks, fire extinguishers, filter separator water slug mechanism on all refueling equipment.
• Carryout Conductive check on JET - A1 fuels stored in Refuellers.
• Contribute to the continual improvement in EHS performance by ensuring safety and environmental standards are maintained within the workplace including the prompt reporting of any safety or environmental hazard identified.
• Carryout QMS & EMS internal audit (ISO) in the organization - business units.
• Record and maintain complete records to meet audit requirements.
• Maintain Oracle EAM complete database create / update work orders, store's inventory, etc.
• Cross-check and carryout repairs / control check on suspicious complaints on quality front and recertify for operational use.
• Carryout refueling operations in DIA, Minhad and Jumeirah - Commercial Flights, Private Jets, Military Aircrafts and Helicopters.
• Carryout all refueling equipment complete preventive maintenance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly checks) and break down repairs.
• Administer and implement of commissioning new refueling equipment in-line with set Company standards and procedures, meeting the requirements as specified in the ENOC / Chevron Aviation Refueling Operations Manual and Aviation Quality Control Manual.
• Have independently troubleshoots / recovered equipment from breakdowns / accidents etc., efficiently with utmost safety, practicing our all laid in procedures.
• Carryout Internal inspection of storage tanks - Refuellers.
• Carryout inspection / replacement of filter coalescer / monitor elements.
• Plan / generate all preventive maintenance jobs, on monthly basis on Oracle - EAM, assign work orders, complete & close jobs, to meet the operational requirements and reduce breakdowns.
• Administer the full stores inventory physically and on Oracle - EAM and co-ordinate with finance / purchase department as per company's procedure to meet KPMG audit requirements.
• Handled local and overseas manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Have trained new operators on maintenance and troubleshooting of refueling equipment and its operations during refueling.
• Carried out modification on refueling equipment and depot - concerning safety.
• Being an active member cum minutes writer of EPPCO Aviation's Safety Committee, given suggestions and implemented new ideas.
• Carried out the preventive maintenance, regular maintenance and break-down maintenance of
-Heavy-duty trucks like, Scania, Volvo, Mack, etc.,
-Gasoline tankers of varies size and make, and
-Light-vehicles like Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu and G.M.C. etc.
• Overhauled engines of heavy-duty trucks.
• Removed, rectified faults and re-installed gearboxes, hub reduction assemblies, differential units, compressors, P.T.O. drives, pumps etc.
• Overhauled of clutches, brakes for heavy-duty trucks and brakes overhauled for gasoline tankers.
• Diagnosed and rectifying the defects of air system, electrical system, cooling system etc.
• Over all check-up of vehicles, from bumper to bumper and suggest any chassis work that has to be done outside workshop.
