Responsible for the Import and Verification Process of all kind of contracts related to CIF (Customer information’s form) system from all sales channel (distribution, complementary and franchise)
Produce daily and weekly reports for contracts received from Distribution, Complementary and Franchise channels.
Responsible for delivering the rejected contracts to the concerned sales channel along with relevant reports explaining the rejection reasons and corrective actions.
Making the double checking for customer data to compare between the soft copies brought by archiving and all sales channel.
Ensure that distribution, complementary; Franchise and Enterprise channels follow a smooth process for contracts and sales forms delivery.
Responsible for the archiving process of all contracts sent from Mobinil to Infofort and Handling all new or existing projects.
Responsible for orienting new members on the required systems and job technicalities.
Coaches and follow up team members, resolving any conflicts and monitoring their performance by monthly reports with their achievement.
Distribute and coordinate the job tasks on the team members to achieve the team’s targets.
Responsible for handling all cases and complaints belongs to Mobinil products tracking systems received on the Sales Operations inbox.
Monitoring the systems and escalating all problems related to Sim tracking systems to the IT department, and following up with the pending cases.
Revising Infofort’s monthly bill for Mobinil.
