• Expand and managed strategic customer/patient relationships and incorporated new brands in the dental health centre.
• Executed Business Development Sales Process with initial emphasis on research and cold
calling.
• Have delivered a highly effective individual sales performance as well as built, trained and guided a team. Implemented and directed action plans for each team member. Performed
competitive mapping to tap new business opportunities which delivered a substantial
increase to private patient base.

June 2010-August 2010- Worked as a Programme Assistant (Voluntary) for tobacco campaigns in Balrampur Hospital, Lucknow, India to implement COTPA 2003 (Cigarette and other tobacco
product act 2003)
• Conducted surveys regarding implementation of COTPA 2003 in various offices of the district.
• Assisted the District Tobacco Control Cell (Lucknow) in the organization of trainings and seminars.
May 2009- May 2010- Worked as a Junior Resident (Dental Surgeon) in the Dental Department of Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Model Hospital, Noida, India. Apart from being a Dental
Surgeon, I took an initiative to work with the administrative team of the Dental Department.
• Independently performed all surgeries like root canal treatment, implant placements and surgeries required for the treatment of fractures, cysts and tumors. Also confident in
handling endodontic cases, treatment of peri-apical abscess and other pulp related
infections.
• Monitoring and organizing, day to day operations for the Dental department.
• Organized Health Camps in collaboration with NGOs for managing health care, financial
aids and hospitalization for the needy, low income and poor patients.
• Maintenance and up keep of patient database in the dental department.
• Keeping a track record of all patient complaints and ensuring that patient gets full
treatment satisfaction.
• Liaison with the correct agencies regarding medico-legal cases in the emergency
