Review and supervise the design and execution works, prepare Scope of Services and Scope of Facilities documentation for HVAC discipline - coordinate the works with Architectural, Civil and Structural, Piping and Mechanical and Instrumentation and Electrical Engineers.

• Duties: As an MEP Coordinator, I was assigned Team Leader over the MEP and Airport Special Systems engineers comprised of a team of 15 engineers. I was involved in all management aspects coordination with other services, participation to meetings, site inspections and response to site queries, managing, planning, teaching and coaching site engineers, etc liaison with Client Engineer (Overseas Bechtel Incorporated) and Client Consultant - NDIA. Supervising completion of the project by implementing rescue schedules shortening delays and solving deadlocked situations (organizing inspections with Client representatives, managing the T&C and Handover process).
Check, review and auditing of submitted proposals from consultants and contractors, approve vendors list, prepare input data for various projects, preparing Technical Design Notes for Greywater Systems(working with ASHRAE, NFPA, IBC, ICC, BS standards), participate in coordination workshops with designers and consultants).
