- A stormwater project, lying over 3 districts in North/East of Riyadh, with a value of about 120 mil SAR (24 mil €), consisting from precast concrete pipes and box culverts - precast manholes including (roughly figures: 13 Km of pipe - catch basins connections, less than Ø300 mm excepted - box culverts length of about 20 Km and about 280 precast manholes);
- In charge with day - by - day supervision of Contractor quality and rhythm of performance; team leader of 7 people team (site engineer, site inspector, safety engineer, safety inspector, material engineer, quantity surveyor and topographical surveyor), for daily inspections on site;
- In charge with reporting to the Client for any nonconformance with the tender documents, with quality norms and technical standards (ASTM/AASHTO and related), any discrepancy with the approved initial planning and Schedule of Works;
- Responsible for the final randomly checking of documents attached to invoice (previously verified by the QS), implementing and maintaining a document control system, familiarize the own team with ISO 9001 quality system requirements, as well as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standard requirements regarding occupational health and safety and risk assessment and preventing;

- Responsible for reporting to Contracting Authority, link between the MoEI (Ministry of European Integration) and local stakeholders, designers and local authorities, supervision of 7 key experts and deep technical involvement in the municipal services projects (sewerage and water supply networks), as well as the buildings projects.
- In charge for conceiving and following up the procedures in order to insure and coordinate/monitor the flow of information between all the entities involved in this stage of the project (Contracting Authority - Ministry of European Integration, County Councils, Municipalities - City Halls, Designers, own team of key experts;
