 Preparing summary of monthly expenses to chief accountant for variance and financial analysis
 Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions
 Computes bills, collects payment and make change for guests
 Post charges such as room, food, liquor and telephone to ledger
 Deposits guests’ valuables in hotel’s safety deposit box
