• Manages the daily QA/QC activity within his perimeter & area of responsibility.
• Ensures the QA/QC data is input in the relevant Register/ database are established, monitored, updated &
reported to the QA/QC Manager daily, weekly and monthly.
• Review and provide inputs to tender’s submissions, in terms of technical and special requirements and highlight
any concerns.
• Conducts surveillance inspections, Off-sites visits at the required intervals & period of time to ensure the Quality
of materials & deliverables is persistent.
• Develop and Implement Quality Procedures for projects.
• Planning and execution of risk-based assurance plans including the escalation of significant findings to
program/project leaders.
• Ensures that Pre-Activity meetings for all disciplines are conducted, recorded & followed at the sites.
• Conducts & ensure the Testing and commissioning is conducted as per the approved method statements,
procedures and Project Requirements.
• Issue Site Instruction Notes (SIN) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and manage the follow-up on corrective
and preventive actions.
• Follow up the snagging process & ensures Snag lists are established & followed so as to facilitate the Initial &
final handing over procedures to the end users/Client.
• Attending and participating in the internal audits and work with all departments to close all findings and
improvements.

• Accountable for day-to-day delivery of all project management tasks.
• Oversee construction projects from beginning to end, and manage the budget and estimate costs.
• Assist with the compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations,
award of contracts and client reporting.
• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and keep track of inventory, ensuring
timely ordering and delivery as per schedule.
• Evaluate risks, resolve any problems that may arise, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building
codes.
• Monitor and report on the contractor’s progress against the contract program.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project.
• Keep all stakeholders aware of project progress and prepare regular progress reports.
• Handle any environmental or local community issues arising during a project.
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Delegate project tasks based on the strengths, skill sets, and experience levels of junior staff members.
• Track project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Provides technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project
activities.
At Villas Projects - Knowledge Economic City (KEC) Client
• Direct, supervise & coordinate all electrical inspection/engineering QC activities.
• Review and check submittals, Shop Drawings, equipment data, material samples and/or manufacturers for
compliance with approved drawings & specifications.
• Implement and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) on the project site.
• Coordinate with the Electrical execution Engineering team to resolve all construction issues, RFI’s and conflicts
that may arise at site.
• Assist the Site team, technicians and department to carry out & implement the QA/QC program as appropriate.
• Implement Accident Prevention Plan, Promote Safety Goals & the culture of safety on the job-site.
• Inspect all Works & materials for compliance to submittals and drawings before Submitting Work Inspection
Request (WIR) & Material Inspection Request (MIR) with all the relevant attached & required documents such as
the relevant approved electrical SD, delivery notes, MSDS as appropriate.
• Implementing and monitoring the quality strategy for materials, customer complaints and processes using
predefined quality KPI’s.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure proper closure of identified issues.
• Coordination with other disciplines to ensure work is clear from all disciplines and approved accordingly.
• Attending testing, start‐up & commissioning provided by the Suppliers & submitting to consultant the relevant
Testing & Commissioning Inspection Request in coordination with suppliers of all electrical systems &
equipment’s.
At Yanbu Technical Institute Project - Royal Commissioning Client
• Manage All electrical construction site works (LV & LC Systems).
• Provide inspection services as required to ensure that the entire construction and installation works are
proceeding strictly per the approved SD, method statements and quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with established standards, guides, precedents, methods, and techniques within the
Electrical discipline.
• Preparing Request Materials & Ensuring that all the required materials are Delivered at site.
• Prepare electrical engineering designs, specifications, and cost estimations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical investigations.
• Perform all testing & Commissioning for LV & LC systems.
• Maintain documentation and records of electrical designs and installations.
• Responsible for approving the Work Inspection Requests.

• Ensure that all maintenance performed is carried out in accordance with approved documentation.
• Preparing Preventive Maintenance Plan for All Systems & Equipment (Electrical, Mechanical & Civil).
• Control the cost of all major maintenance activities as per the budget. This includes Spares & Consumables costs.
• Assist with the timely repair of equipment breakdowns, while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance manual.
• Study, evaluate and propose maintenance improvement pertaining to asset maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants as necessary to solve equipment problems.
• Making reports and analysis the data for Systems.
