My responsibilities:
• Manage Internal ERP project at Xervon ( implementation - Training - Developing - Testing )
• Determines scope of the ERP project. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP system
• Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
• Deliver functional training sessions on the usage of the system .
• gather user requirements, design, configure
• Server administration (installing - implementation - deploying )
• Modifying any modules and create new modules from scratch
• Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
• Coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users.
• Recommends new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback.
• Managing a team of seven Pre sales Specialists and provide coaching and support to act and achieve as a high performing team
• Identify areas of development for each team member and work with each to define and execute a tailored learning plan, Foster an atmosphere of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor the development activities for My team members toward their industry and solution learning goals.
• Provide feedback to My team members after dry-runs, demos and presentations in order to help them hone their skills.
• Provide formal oral and written feedback to My team members during semi-annual performance management reviews.
• Propel all your team members toward their revenue targets. Involve each team member in at least ten deal per quarter, and aim for target quota attainment by most of My team members.
• Creating the full software consulting Process with customers starting from the first call, to the Demos and the final reports production
• Understand fully the demo assets and enablement assets that should be leveraged in the market unit/region and making sure any gaps in needs are addressed.
• Engage in supporting marketing events in assigned specialization where appropriate.
• Understand the key competitors and leverage Delta’s unique value wedges in every customer interaction
• In many cases provide Supervising and supporting the installation of Delta Software Systems
• In many cases provide Supervising and supporting the Implementing of Delta Software Systems
• Educating the customers on their licensing options that best fit their organization
• Generate additional opportunities in existing markets
• Remotely follow-up on opportunities’ progress and engage as needed
• Public speech seminar sessions
