Reporting to MD
• Responsible for Finance Department in the Middle East and India
• Oversee financial activities in UAE, Qatar, KSA, India and USA.
• Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting and review with the management.
• Prepare annual budget and financial projections.
• Maintain banking relationships and Manage Cash Flow
• Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
• Enhance daily operations whenever possible by inducing automated reports.
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors.
• Oversees the DSO Analysis and regular stringent collection follow-ups performed by the Assistant Manager-Commercial.

• Provide financial analytical services in formulating business plans.
• Construct financial models to analyze scenario-based projects.
• Finance lead for Commercial Committee and Capex Approvals.
• Manage providing the weekly P&L inputs for Revenue and Costs to FP&A.
• Review and challenge inputs for Budget, Long Range Plan and quarterly rolling forecast.
• Review Post Investment Reviews of Bids and present findings back to Exec.
Monitor the company expenses by initiating all necessary control tools.
Relationship Management with internal Auditors, External Auditors, and tax authorities.
Petty Cash Movement control, Bank positions and Cash Movement
Payroll records by taking into considerations all cost records.
Lead relationship with suppliers related to all payment matters.
Monthly entries related to pre-paid, accrual asset and liabilities Control.

Monthly Financials and P&L by project
Reporting to Finance Director
•Responsible for the generation and review of monthly financial and non-financial reports to the Ministry of Telecom, touch management and Zain group management.
•Generation of monthly variance reports, providing management with corresponding analytics.
•Assist the finance director in all management requests, letters, contracts and customized reports in addition to financial support to all departments.
•Coordinate with the external auditors to generate the quarterly reviews and the annual audit reports through attending to their requests in addition to the review of the final drafts.
•Development of the budget cycle, budget templates and the budget reporting.
•Maintains and administers Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Financial Data Quality Management (FDM) applications, account mapping and chart of account
•Prepare the MIS reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet
•Monitor cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost-effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast ensuring that there is no shortage of cash in hand.
•Responsible for Quarterly financial and operational presentation
•Prepare Business cases and Financial models for upcoming 3G and 4G projects

•Support Seniors in strategic matters including developing & implementing Assets and cash plans
•Formulate annual budgets and conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions.

•Overall cash and liquidity management on an ongoing basis
•Handle all treasury functions, including Overdrafts, Facilities, Forex and Cash Flows

Promoted three times: from Accounting Agent to Officer, then to Accountant and to Senior Accountant
•Supervise the preparation of statutory books of Accounts, Fixed Asset, Bank Reconciliation, Party Reconciliation and Consolidated Reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms
•Monitor day to day A/P, A/R and G/L, inventory reconciliation & management
•Accountable for all A/P processes, analysis, costing, month end accruals and capital expenditures
•Responsible for end of month closing of accounts, assets depreciation and expenses breakdown
•Prepare Audit Reports and other financial reports like Expenses Recurring Reports, Provisions
•Setup of Oracle Financials ERP (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger).
•Review existing processes and defining new processes where required.
